RhPAP’s Rural Community Attraction and Retention (A&R) Program offers rural Alberta communities resources to support the attraction and retention of healthcare providers to their area.
Rural Community Consultants (RCCs) are located across the province and support community A&R initiatives in several ways including the following:
- Rural Community Building webinars and workshops to further build community capacity
- Rural community resources directed to enhancing attraction and retention work
- Provincial rural attraction and retention conference to share successes around rural Alberta and network with other engaged communities
