RHPAP’s Rural Community Attraction and Retention (AIR) Program offers rural Alberta communities resources to support the attraction and retention of healthcare providers to their area.
Rural Community Consultants (RCCs) are located across the province and support community AIR initiatives in several ways including the following:
- Rural Community Building webinars and workshops to further build community capacity
- Rural community resources directed to enhancing attraction and retention work
- Provincial rural attraction, integration and retention conference to share successes around rural Alberta and network with other engaged communities
