Through our Attraction & Retention (A&R) Support, we help communities establish A&R committees, offer workshops on best practices, and provide grants for local healthcare initiatives. RhPAP’s new AIR Toolkit is a free, practical, community-driven guide to help rural Alberta communities attract, integrate, and retain healthcare professionals.
Our Community Training & Development programs include skills workshops, scholarships, and bursaries to support healthcare education.
Additionally, we foster Community Networking & Support by connecting professionals with mentorship opportunities and offering toolkits to help communities navigate healthcare challenges.
