Sundre clinic receives provincial recognition
Congratulations to the Moose & Squirrel Medical Clinic of Sundre, the Alberta College of Family Physician’s Outstanding Family Practice for 2017. This award celebrates the clinic’s work in creating a Patients’ Medical Home, and recognizes the incredible work done by the entire team at the clinic. Presentation of the award was made on Oct. 16, 2017 in Sundre.
