Attract, Integrate, and Retain health professionals

The $1,000 Community Attraction and Retention Grant is available to rural Alberta AIR Committees to support locally driven initiatives that strengthen community capacity and create welcoming environments for health professionals. The grant helps communities bring practical, creative ideas to life and build up sustainable rural healthcare teams.

Eligibility

The grant funding can be used for a wide range of activities. Previous award winners have used the grant in these ways:

• Hosting welcome events
• Developing community marketing materials
• Launching initiatives that support integration and long-term retention.
