Our mandate is to promote rural health workforce development across our province. Through our people-first partnerships and programming, we help attract, integrate, and retain health professionals so they can be at home in a rural setting.

RHPAP’s work contributes to stronger and more sustainable local health systems. Our heartbeat as an organization is to ensure every rural community in Alberta has a thriving future because we all keep healthcare close to home.
