Welcome Post-secondary students to rural healthcare

There is a place within rural Alberta for post-secondary students to serve as a health professional.

Our Let’s Go Rural! events point them in the right direction. These experiences continue to play a key role in building awareness, interest, and long-term commitment to rural health care.

As a Let’s Go Rural! host, you can help show them how they can be at home in your community.

"I had a blast. This experience confirmed my desire to practise in a rural community upon graduation. Being able to meet new residents and practising physicians was invaluable."
