Share your rural health story
Have you or your family received care in rural Alberta? We want to hear from you.
We’re collecting real stories from rural Albertans like you—people who have experienced the care, compassion, and commitment of rural healthcare firsthand.
Whether you’ve had a positive experience with a local nurse, doctor, midwife, or health team—or your community came together to support your care—your story matters.
Why share?
Your story helps:
- Show the impact of rural healthcare in real, personal ways
- Recognize the people and teams who make a difference in your community
- Inspire and inform others across Alberta about the power of rural health
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear:
- How local healthcare made a difference for you or a loved one
- A time when a rural health professional went above and beyond
- How your community came together to support someone’s care
- A positive experience at your local clinic, hospital, or with home care
- No story is too small, if it made a difference to you, it’s worth sharing
How to share
You can submit:
- A short written story (even just a few sentences is great!)
- A photo or video (optional)
- Your contact info so we can follow up if needed
(We’ll never share your story without your permission)
Who can share?
Anyone in rural Alberta! Whether you live in a small town, on a farm, or in a remote community, we want to hear your voice.
Real people. Real impact.
Your experiences help RhPAP and others understand the value of rural healthcare—directly from the people who rely on it most. Together, we can help make rural healthcare stronger for generations to come.
